Bold St Property: the property has been left in a dilapidated state since it was purchased and the charity is burdened with additional cost with bills and council tax as it is unhabitable in its current state. Our aim is to bring it to a standard where the charity can make use of it for all its members and children. We are looking to our members to assist us in bringing the property back to a habitable state, currently we have calculated the repair costs to be in the region of £75,000 this includes building a new garage to the rear of the building to house the new funeral van.
