Madrasah Principles

1. *Upholding Islamic Conduct*

All students are expected to follow Islamic teachings and uphold the ethos of the Madrasah. Kindness, respect, and good manners are essential. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including foul language, bullying, or disruption, will be addressed by the Principal as needed.

2. *Respect for Property*

Students are expected to treat Madrasah property with care. Any accidental damage should be reported and may need to be repaired or replaced.

3. *Mobile Phones and Personal Items*

The use of mobile phones during class time is strictly prohibited. All personal items are the responsibility of students and the Madresah cannot be held responsible. Therefore we advise parents to not allow children to bring valuables to madresah.

4. *Modest and Appropriate Dress*

Students should dress modestly and in accordance with Islamic guidelines. Girls are encouraged to wear a burqa (to waist length) and jubbah, while boys should wear a shalwar kameez or jubbah with a Topi. Haircuts should also reflect Islamic values. Clothing should always be clean, neat, and respectful.

5. *Preparedness for Learning

All students should bring their Kitabs, exercise books, and writing materials each day to support their learning.

6. *Positive Learning Environment*

The Madrasah promotes a positive and encouraging atmosphere. A balanced approach of rewards and appropriate consequences helps maintain discipline and motivation.

7. *Disciplinary Measures*

In certain cases, the Madrasah reserves the right to suspend or exclude a student if necessary, always with the aim of maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all.

8. *Keeping Information Updated*

Parents/guardians are kindly asked to inform the Madrasah of any changes to contact details or other important information as soon as possible.
